Industrial Products Manufacturer Announces Rs 12.76 Crore Fresh Orders Including MICRON Semiconductor Facility Project

The Indian equity markets ended on a positive note on Monday, with the benchmark Nifty 50 index closing higher by 0.51 per cent at 24,119.30. While broad-based buying was visible across frontline sectors, stock-specific selling pressure continued in select SME counters. In this segment, HRS Aluglaze remained in focus after the company announced receipt of multiple new work orders aggregating Rs 12.76 crore. Following the business update, HRS Aluglaze share price ended Monday’s session lower by 2.27 per cent at Rs 215.00.

HRS Aluglaze Secures Rs 12.76 Crore Multiple Orders

HRS Aluglaze informed that it has received Letters of Acceptance for multiple orders amounting to Rs 12.76 crore excluding GST from a diversified set of corporate clients. These orders are scheduled for execution over the next 24 months and come in addition to Rs 26.94 crore worth of orders received by the company during April 2026.

Among the major wins, the company secured an order worth Rs 4.92 crore from Galaxy Real Estate Developers (Guj) Pvt Ltd for supply, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows, pipe finns, glass railing, casement windows, vents and aluminium railing. The execution timeline for this project extends up to December 31, 2027.

Additionally, the company received an order worth Rs 3.20 crore from Pinnacle Solutions for execution of façade and glazing work at MICRON Semiconductor facility located at Sanand, Gujarat, which is scheduled for completion by May 30, 2026.

The company further received a Rs 2.95 crore order from Goyal & Co Construction Pvt Ltd and a Rs 1.31 crore order from PSP Projects Limited for aluminium window supply and installation at Adani Skilled Accommodation Plot-D, Mundra, Gujarat.

Capacity Expansion and Strategic Corporate Developments

The company has recently initiated development of a new manufacturing facility at Rajoda in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with an estimated investment of approximately Rs 16 crore. The proposed facility is expected to be completed within around 15 months and is being developed under a turnkey construction arrangement with Chavda Infra Limited.

Further, HRS Aluglaze has incorporated Geotrix Private Limited as its wholly owned subsidiary to focus on manufacturing and installation of aluminium and architectural systems. The company has also entered into a slump sale agreement with Geotrix Building Envelope Pvt Ltd to acquire a running business unit, which will add turnkey façade solutions, design engineering and architectural precast capabilities to its portfolio.

Recent Fund Raise and Financial Snapshot

HRS Aluglaze had completed its Rs 50.92 crore public issue in December 2025, which was subscribed 44.83 times. For full year FY24-25, the company reported total income of Rs 42.14 crore, EBITDA of Rs 10.70 crore and net profit of Rs 5.15 crore. PAT margin stood at 12.22 per cent, while return on equity was reported at 34.24 per cent. For H1FY26, total income stood at Rs 26.35 crore with EBITDA of Rs 8.45 crore and net profit of Rs 4.54 crore.
