Mason Infratech Ltd has secured a significant domestic contract valued at approximately Rs 53.68 crore (exclusive of Taxes) from Transcon-Sheth Creators Private Limited for the execution of main civil works at the Auris Ilaria Tower 6B project. The scope of the agreement, which includes the provision of materials, encompasses the balance floor RCC work up to the Lift Machine Room (LMR) and Overhead Tank (OHT), AAC block masonry for all floors, and extensive internal and external plastering across kitchens, toilets, staircases, and terrace areas. This project is slated for completion within 17 months from the date of the work order issuance, following the regulatory disclosure standards set by the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
