JK Tyre Q4FY26 Performance

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, JK Tyre & Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 4,223.44 crore, registering a growth of 12.4 per cent YoY compared with Rs 3,758.60 crore reported in Q4FY25. Including other income, total income for the quarter stood at Rs 4,232.83 crore.

Operating profit (PBIDT) during Q4FY26 increased 42.4 per cent YoY to Rs 546.46 crore compared with Rs 384.38 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year. EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 12.9 per cent.

Profit before Tax (PBT) increased to Rs 276.51 crore from Rs 143.94 crore reported in Q4FY25. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) for Q4FY26 rose 83.3 per cent YoY to Rs 187.76 crore compared with Rs 102.43 crore reported in the year-ago quarter.

JK Tyre & Industries Expansion Plan Worth Rs 4,980 Crore

On the capacity expansion front, the Board approved expansion of Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) tyres and Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tyres capacity at Chennai Tyre Plant and Vikrant Tyre Plant.

The company currently operates combined manufacturing capacity of around 210 lakh tyres per annum with utilisation levels above 90 per cent.The proposed expansion is expected to increase capacity by around 24 per cent. JK Tyre plans to invest around Rs 4,980 crore in phases for the expansion project, with the additional capacity targeted to become operational by FY30.

The company stated that the expansion will be funded through a combination of internal accruals and debt.

JK Tyre & Industries FY26 Financial Performance

For the full financial year FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 16,326.65 crore compared with Rs 14,692.92 crore reported in FY25.Total income for FY26 stood at Rs 16,384.28 crore.

Operating profit (PBIDT) for FY26 increased 24.5 per cent YoY to Rs 2,089 crore compared with Rs 1,677.83 crore reported in the previous financial year.

EBITDA margin for FY26 stood at 12.8 per cent. Profit before tax increased to Rs 1,042.74 crore from Rs 713.43 crore reported in FY25. Consolidated profit after tax for FY26 stood at Rs 774.19 crore compared with Rs 515.79 crore reported in the previous year.

JK Tyre & Industries Dividend Announcement

The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for FY26, representing 200 per cent of the face value, subject to shareholder approval.

Commenting on the performance, Dr. Raghupati Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director, stated that FY26 was a landmark year for JK Tyre with record volumes across segments and the company’s highest-ever annual consolidated revenue and EBITDA.

Management added that strong demand, operational discipline, capacity expansion and focus on higher value-added products position the company for profitable growth going forward.
