KPIT Technologies Announces Q4FY26 Results Alongside Leadership Loss

On May 6, 2026, KPIT Technologies announced its Q4FY26 and FY26 financial results. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 1,711 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 1,528 crore in Q4FY25, registering a growth of 12 per cent YoY. Profit after Tax for the quarter stood at Rs 162.97 crore compared with Rs 244.72 crore reported in the year-ago quarter, while earnings per share came in at Rs 5.99 versus Rs 9.01 in Q4FY25. The Board also recommended a final Dividend of Rs 5.25 per equity share for FY26.
