Nazara Technologies Q4FY26 Results

Nazara Technologies reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 397.8 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 520.2 crore reported in Q4FY25, registering a decline of 23.5 per cent YoY.

However, profit after Tax stood at Rs 55.7 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 4.1 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting a sharp jump of over 13 times YoY. Sequentially, PAT increased significantly from Rs 8.8 crore reported in Q3FY26.

The company’s total income for the quarter stood at Rs 448.5 crore, including other income of Rs 50.7 crore. Total expenses during the quarter came in at Rs 375.5 crore.

Nazara Technologies FY26 Performance

According to the company’s investor presentation, Nazara Technologies reported its highest-ever EBITDA of Rs 255 crore during FY26, registering a growth of 66 per cent YoY. EBITDA margins for Q4FY26 stood at 19.5 per cent. The company also reported strong operating cash flow generation during the year.

Pre-tax operating cash flow increased 81 per cent YoY to Rs 213 crore during FY26, while EBITDA to operating cash flow conversion improved to 84 per cent. Gaming contributed nearly 90 per cent of the company’s EBITDA during the financial year.

Boat Amalgamation Development

During FY26, Nazara Technologies also approved a Scheme of Amalgamation involving its wholly owned subsidiary Openplay Technologies Private Limited and Moonshine Technology Private Limited, the parent entity of PokerBaazi. The proposed merger is aimed at consolidating gaming operations, improving operational synergies and strengthening Nazara’s real-money gaming business portfolio.

The company stated that the amalgamation is expected to streamline the corporate structure and enhance long-term operational efficiency across its gaming ecosystem.

Other Key Developments

During FY26, the company continued strengthening its gaming ecosystem through strategic acquisitions, including Bluetile and BestPlay. Nazara also expanded focus on AI-driven platform capabilities and global gaming scale opportunities.

The company conducted its Board meeting on May 12, 2026, to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
