Sahana System informed the stock exchanges that its Board has fixed Friday, July 31, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the 1:5 bonus issue.
Eligible shareholders will receive one fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs 10 each for every five existing equity shares held as on the record date.
The company further stated that the deemed date of allotment has been fixed as August 3, 2026, and 17,67,421 bonus equity shares will be allotted. The bonus shares are expected to be available for trading from August 4, 2026.
FII and DII Holdings Increase
According to the latest shareholding pattern for the June 2026 quarter, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake in the company to 0.96 per cent, compared with 0.70 per cent in the March 2026 quarter.
Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) also marginally increased their holding to 0.60 per cent from 0.59 per cent during the same period.
Promoter shareholding remained unchanged at 57.31 per cent, while public shareholding stood at 41.14 per cent. The number of shareholders increased to 3,382, compared with 3,154 in the previous quarter.

Low PE Compared to Industry PE Valuation
Sahana System currently trades at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 11.6x, which is relatively attractive for the sector. The company also reported a Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 39.8 per cent.
