Download Service BrochureThe company had earlier informed the stock exchanges on August 22, 2026 about the approval granted by its Board of Directors for acquiring Arvant Bioenergy, an unlisted private limited company, as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS).
The latest filing confirms that the equity shares of Arvant Bioenergy have now been duly transferred from the existing shareholders to Rajputana Biodiesel and/or its nominee on August 25, 2026. Following the completion of this share transfer, Arvant Bioenergy has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Rajputana Biodiesel with effect from August 25, 2026.
Acquisition Transaction Completed
The latest disclosure marks the completion of the share transfer process related to the acquisition. Rajputana Biodiesel stated that the detailed disclosure required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 had already been made through its earlier intimation dated August 22, 2026.
The company has now formally updated the stock exchanges that Arvant Bioenergy has been brought under its ownership as a wholly owned subsidiary.
