Mphasis Reports Strong Q3FY26: Revenue Up 12.4% YoY with Solid Deal Momentum

Mphasis Limited reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, with revenue growing 2.6 per cent QoQ and 12.4 per cent YoY on a reported basis.

Mphasis Limited reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, with revenue growing 2.6 per cent QoQ and 12.4 per cent YoY on a reported basis. This growth was spearheaded by a robust 15.9 per cent YoY increase in Direct revenue and a significant New TCV win of USD 428 million. Despite an exceptional expense of Rs 355 million related to updated labour laws, the company maintained a steady operating margin of 15.2 per cent. Net profit before exceptional items stood at Rs 4,687 million, reflecting a 9.5 per cent YoY increase, while earnings per share (EPS) grew 9 per cent YoY to Rs 24.6.

High-value wins during the quarter included a multi-year Agentic AI-led transformation for a major US Bank and a core administration modernisation project for a top healthcare company using the Mphasis Javelina platform. Additionally, strategic partnerships in mortgage fulfilment and global remittance programs highlight Mphasis's ability to deploy autonomous squads and advanced intelligence to deliver measurable outcomes for global enterprises.
