E2E Transportation Receives Rs 26.37 Crore Railway Order

E2E Transportation Infrastructure Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance dated August 21, 2026 from North Eastern Railway for a works contract involving the design, programming, installation, supply, testing and commissioning of Electronic Interlocking systems at Bansgaon, Piprauli, Khajani and Unwal stations.

The Electronic Interlocking systems will be of the centralised type and will conform to RDSO/SPN/192/2019 Version 2 or the latest applicable version, including the latest amendments, if any. The project also includes indoor and outdoor works and telecom work in the Sahjanwa-Bansgaon section, including the Maghar-Piprauli Y-connection.

The work also includes part supply of materials for the Sahjanwa-Bansgaon new line section of the Sahjanwa-Dohrighat new line under the LJN/BSB Division of North Eastern Railway.

Order to be Executed Within 18 Months

The accepted contract value stands at Rs 26,37,37,266.64, equivalent to approximately Rs 26.37 crore. The project is scheduled to be completed within 18 months from the date of the Letter of Acceptance.

According to the company's Annexure A, the order has been awarded by S&T (Construction), Gorakhpur, North-Eastern Railway. The contract is classified as a domestic works contract and was awarded by Indian Railways through the competitive bidding process.

No Related Party Transaction

The company stated that the order does not involve any interest of the promoter, promoter group or group companies in the entity awarding the contract. North Eastern Railway is a government entity under the Ministry of Railways.

The company further clarified that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and is at arm's length.

Mukul Agrawal Holds 13.94 per cent Stake

As per the shareholding data provided, Ace Investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal held a 13.94 per cent stake in E2E Transportation Infrastructure as of March 2026. The company's promoter holding stood at 32.54 per cent, while FIIs held 1.61 per cent and DIIs held 7.89 per cent.

The public shareholding stood at 56.59 per cent. Among the other identified public shareholders, Aayushi Agarwal held 3.55 per cent, Gaurishankar Jhalani held 3.52 per cent, Growth I9 Opportunity LLP held 3.31 per cent and Sanjay Popatlal Jain held 2.50 per cent.

The shareholding data also showed holdings of 1.78 per cent by Sunrise Gilts & Securities Private Limited, 1.77 per cent by Shobna Agarwal, 1.22 per cent by Mukut Behari Agarwal and 1.12 per cent by Deepak Maheshwari. The total number of shareholders stood at 919 as per the data provided.
