Multibagger defence stock with 2,800% returns: Board allots 21,07,194 shares at Rs 114 per share

The stock gave multibagger returns of 520 per cent in just 2 years and a whopping 2,800 per cent in 5 years.

Apollo Micro Systems Ltd. has allotted 2,107,194 equity shares to 11 investors who exercised their warrants. This action, which was approved on September 22, 2025, resulted in the company receiving Rs 18.01 crore from the warrant holders. Consequently, the company's paid-up capital has increased to Rs 33.56 crore. These new shares were issued for Rs 114 per share, with Rs 28.50 paid upfront and the remaining Rs 85.50 paid upon conversion. The newly allotted shares will have the same rights as the existing shares.

Apollo Micro Systems is also advancing its business with new partnerships and defence initiatives. It signed MoUs with Sibersentinel Technologies and Zoom Technologies to develop cybersecurity solutions for various critical sectors. The company is also now a production agency for the MIGM-Vighana, secured a technology transfer from DRDO for a new warhead, and won Rs 25.12 crore in new orders. Additionally, its subsidiary is collaborating with a US firm to co-develop rocket motors, making Apollo one of the few private Indian companies to offer a complete, in-house rocket system.
