This contract entails the construction and supervision of civil structures for residential towers, including associated non-tower areas and community buildings. The project is expected to be completed within approximately 36 months, reinforcing B.L. Kashyap and Sons' strong presence in large-scale residential infrastructure development.
Earlier, the company had secured a domestic order valued at Rs 157.26 crore (excluding GST) from Manyata Promoters Private Limited. This contract involves the Civil and Structural Works for the Embassy Manyata Business Park project, which is a commercial office building. The project is anticipated to be executed within approximately 16 months, further solidifying B.L. Kashyap and Sons' expertise in commercial construction.
