Oracle Financial Services Software Q4FY26 Results: QoQ and YoY Performance
On a QoQ basis, consolidated revenue from operations increased to Rs 2,065.2 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 1,965.9 crore in Q3FY26, up 5.1 per cent QoQ. Profit after Tax (PAT) rose to Rs 841.7 crore compared to Rs 609.6 crore in the previous quarter, marking a growth of around 38.1 per cent QoQ.
On a YoY basis, revenue grew to Rs 2,065.2 crore from Rs 1,716.3 crore in Q4FY25, up 20.3 per cent YoY. PAT increased to Rs 841.7 crore from Rs 643.9 crore, registering a growth of around 30.7 per cent YoY.
Oracle Financial Services Software FY26 Annual Performance
For the full financial year FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,672.1 crore, compared to Rs 6,846.8 crore in FY25, up 12.0 per cent YoY. Profit after tax for the year increased to Rs 2,639.3 crore from Rs 2,379.6 crore in FY25, up approximately 10.9 per cent YoY.
Oracle Financial Services Software Segment Performance
The company’s product licenses and related activities remained the key revenue driver, contributing Rs 6,941.6 crore in FY26, while IT solutions and consulting services contributed Rs 730.5 crore. This highlights the company’s strong positioning in software products and enterprise financial solutions.
Dividend Announcement
The Board approved a second interim dividend of Rs 270 per equity share for FY26. Earlier, the company had declared an interim dividend of Rs 130 per share, taking the total dividend payout for FY26 to Rs 400 per share.
Margins and Profitability
Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 1,120.1 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 857.4 crore in the previous quarter, reflecting strong sequential growth. The company reported an EBIT margin of around 54.0 per cent in Q4FY26, improving from approximately 43.0 per cent in Q3FY26, driven by higher product revenues and operating leverage.
