Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on March 15

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on March 15 are, Eclerx, Bank Of India, Asian Granito, Wipro and Reliance Infra. 

EClerx Services: The company has received approval to buyback fully paid-up equity shares of the company of face value of Rs. 10 each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 262 crore which represents 24.95 per cent of the aggregate of the company's fully paid-up equity share capital at a maximum price of Rs. 1,600 per share from the existing equity shareholders of the company. The shares will be watched.

 

Bank of India: The bank is looking to raise at least Rs. 400-500 crore from the sale of a non-core asset by end of March, said news reports. The stock will be tracked on Friday.

 

Asian Granito India: The company is planning to issue 50 lakh convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoter & non-promoter group at Rs. 180 per share. The shares will be in focus.

 

Wipro: IT giant Wipro has announced the launch of Industrial Internet of Things Centre of Excellence in Kochi. The stock will be watched.


Reliance Infra: The company announced the signing of Definitive Binding Agreement with Cube Highways and Infrastructure for the sale of its 100 percent stake in Delhi-Agra Toll Road Private Limited as per news reports.
