Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch out on April 8

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on April 8 are, CMI Ltd, Syngene, Precision Camshafts, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Lakshmi Vilas Bank and Ahluwalia Contracts

CMI: The company has received approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of its wholly-owned Subsidiary CMI Energy India Pvt. Limited with CMI Limited. The shares will be watched.

Syngene: The company Syngene International and BIRAC set up Centre for Advanced Protein Studies (CAPS) at Syngene’s campus in Bengaluru. The shares would witness some significant movement on the bourses.

Precision Camshafts Limited: The company will acquire the remaining 5 per cent shares in MEMCO Engineering Private Limited. This could put the stock in focus.

Indiabulls Housing Finance & Lakshmi Vilas Bank: Indiabulls has reportedly emerged as a frontrunner to explore a possible merger with the Tamil Nadu-based Lakshmi Vilas Bank.
