Indobell Insulations informed the exchanges that it has secured a domestic order for Ceramic Fibre Nodules worth Rs 15,660,960 from Sundaram Brake Linings Limited. The order is scheduled to be executed by March 2028, while the payment terms provide for 45 days' direct credit.
The company further clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract. It also confirmed that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
Shareholding Pattern
As of the June 2026 quarter, the promoter and promoter group held a 65.00 per cent stake in the company. Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) owned 1.79 per cent, while the public held 33.21 per cent. The total number of shareholders increased to 518 during the quarter.

Over the past one month, shares of Indobell Insulations Ltd have gained 65.12 per cent, rising by Rs 36.40. Over the last six months, the stock has advanced 48.87 per cent, adding Rs 30.30. However, on a one-year basis, the stock is down 36.67 per cent, reflecting a decline of Rs 53.45.
