Globe International FY26 Performance
Globe International Carriers reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 11.62 crore for FY26, compared with Rs 5.02 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 131.5 per cent YoY.
Revenue from operations increased to Rs 174.92 crore from Rs 156.65 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of 11.7 per cent YoY. Profit before Tax rose sharply to Rs 16.02 crore in FY26 from Rs 6.60 crore in FY25, recording a growth of 142.7 per cent YoY, while earnings per share increased to Rs 1.06 from Rs 0.50.
Globe International Q4 FY26 Performance
For the quarter ended March 2026, revenue from operations stood at Rs 54.64 crore, compared with Rs 48.10 crore reported in Q4 FY25, registering a growth of 13.6 per cent YoY.
Quarterly net profit came in at Rs 1.53 crore, compared with Rs 2.10 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before tax stood at Rs 2.62 crore, while EPS was reported at Rs 0.14 per share.
Globe International Subsidiary Enters Hospitality Business
During FY26, the company expanded beyond its core logistics operations through its subsidiary Govind Kripa Infratech Private Limited.
The subsidiary entered into an agreement with OPO Hotels & Resorts to operate and manage a 56-room upscale hotel under the "OPO Premier Marvel" brand at Mahindra World City SEZ, Jaipur.
The move marks the group's entry into the hospitality sector as part of its business diversification strategy.
AI-Based Logistics Platform Launched
The company also launched the first phase of its proprietary AI-driven Smart Procurement & Vehicle Placement Interface.
The platform uses a WhatsApp-based chatbot ecosystem designed to automate vehicle sourcing across the company's PAN-India logistics network.
According to the company, pilot implementation has indicated improvements in vehicle placement efficiency, freight procurement optimisation and revenue generation opportunities.

Commenting on the performance, Subhash Agrawal, Managing Director of Globe International Carriers Limited, said the company delivered strong profitability growth during FY26 supported by steady revenue expansion, operational improvements and diversification initiatives.
