Unison Metals Ltd informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held at on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 12:30 P.M, at the registered office of the Company to transact, inter alia, consider and approve the following business: -
- To consider the sub-division (stock split) of equity shares of the company.
- To alter the memorandum of association of the company in order sub division of equity shares.
- To discuss any other business with the permission of the chair

Unison Metals Ltd., established in 1990, specialises in stainless steel and ceramic products. The company manufactures hot & cold rolled stainless steel sheets and stainless-steel patta primarily for industrial applications in Gujarat, India. Unison Metals was recognised by UNIDO for its collaboration in stainless steel sheets, kitchenware, tableware, cutlery, utensils, storage tanks and drums. Its product range includes stainless steel servingware, storageware, S.S. cookware and dinner sets, alongside ceramic-coated and plain non-stick cookware.
The company has a market cap of over Rs 70 crore with promoters holding 51.61 per cent stake and the remaining 48.39 per cent stake is owned by public shareholders. The stock is up by 18.8 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 20.62 per share. The shares of the company have a PE of 16x, an ROE of 13 per cent and an ROCE of 13 per cent. In FY25, the company reported net sales of Rs 315 crore and net profit of Rs 4 crore.
