B2B Software Technologies Limited has secured an international order worth USD 10,00,000, approximately equivalent to Rs 8,65,00,000, from Antelope Valley Cancer Center in Palmdale, CA. This significant contract, spanning 60 months, focuses on enhancing the oncology practice's efficiency, quality of care and operational performance. The project will leverage advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning and Agentic Chatbots, alongside Data Mining, Digital Workflow Transformation and enhanced Cybersecurity.

The agreement outlines a deliverable-based payment structure, with payments linked to progress milestones and reporting. Notably, there is a potential for the contract value to increase up to USD 1,500,000 based on successful execution and any additional technological advancements required. This order is categorized as a related party transaction; however, the company confirms it is being conducted at "arm's length" and is subject to shareholder approval, based on the recommendations of both the Audit Committee and the Board.
