In its Q3FY26 performance, the company achieved net sales of Rs 76.10 crore, marking a 17 per cent year-on-year increase, while net profit grew by 8 per cent to reach Rs 6.42 crore. This upward trajectory is further reflected in the nine-month (9MFY26) results, where revenue surged by 21 per cent to Rs 230.94 crore and net profit rose 10 per cent to Rs 21.14 crore compared to the previous year. Alongside these financial gains, the Board and Audit Committee—led by Independent Directors—have approved material related party transactions with Menon Exports. This strategic move follows the latest SEBI compliance standards from October 2025 and is currently moving toward final shareholder validation through a postal ballot process, ensuring corporate governance remains aligned with regulatory transparency.
