Recently Listed Minerals and Additives SME Company Secures Rs 56.71 Crore Order from BPCL

Shares of SK Minerals and Additives Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs 184.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs 176.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 170000 in over 125 trades.

SK Minerals and Additives Limited announced on October 24, 2025, that it has received a major order for the supply of materials from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Maharatna company and a Government of India enterprise.

The order, issued via a domestic competitive bidding process, is for the supply of Technical Grade Urea with a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated October 16, 2025. The total order value is approximately Rs 56.71 crore (exclusive of Taxes), with the exact consideration being Rs 56,71,24,745.80. The materials will be delivered to BPCL’s manufacturing facilities at Tondiarpet (Chennai), Loni (U.P.), Hazira (Surat), and Budge Budge (Kolkata).

The execution of the order is scheduled over one year from the LOA date.
