Why Valor Estate Share Price is Rallying?
The recent buying interest comes after a key legal development related to land owned by the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Miraland Developers Pvt. Ltd.
Miraland Developers holds approximately 205 acres of land at Village Bhayandar, under Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation in Thane district. The title of this land had been disputed by the Union of India through the Salt Department.
The dispute was taken through various authorities and later reached the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane, through Special Civil Suit No. 771 of 2011. The suit was dismissed through a detailed judgment and decree dated April 13, 2018.
The Salt Department then challenged the decree before the Bombay High Court through First Appeal No. 1430 of 2019. On April 30, 2026, the Bombay High Court dismissed the First Appeal.
According to the company, this ruling brings an end to more than four decades of litigation, with the title dispute decided in favour of Miraland Developers Pvt. Ltd. The company is awaiting the certified copy of the order.
