Godrej Properties Project Records Rs 2,000 Crore Sales

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) announced that it has sold homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore at the launch of its residential project, Godrej Vanantara, located off Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru.

Launched during the first week of June 2026, the project witnessed the sale of more than 1,000 homes during its launch week. The bookings translated into over 1.8 million square feet of area sold, making it one of the company's strongest project debuts in South Bengaluru.

Godrej Properties Large Residential Development

Godrej Vanantara is among GPL's largest residential developments in South India, with a developable potential of approximately 3.53 million square feet.

The project carries an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 3,700 crore. According to the company, the strong initial response highlights demand in the Bannerghatta Road corridor, supported by upcoming metro connectivity, proximity to employment hubs and growing demand for planned residential communities.

Project Features

Spread across 36 acres, the development has been designed with extensive open spaces and landscaped green areas under a low-density planning model. The project features a 65,000 square feet clubhouse and offers more than 50 lifestyle amenities aimed at providing a comprehensive residential living experience.
