The order is scheduled to be executed between FY 2028 and FY 2029. The company stated that the order strengthens its Order Book and provides multi-year revenue visibility.

Following the latest order win, Welspun Corp’s global order book stands at a record USD 4.4 billion, equivalent to approximately Rs 42,100 crore, which the company stated is the highest in its history.

The latest order also reflects the company’s strategy of expanding its global manufacturing capacity and deepening relationships with international clients.

FII Stake Rises in Q1 FY27

As per the shareholding pattern provided, Foreign Institutional Investors increased their stake in Welspun Corp from 11.23 per cent in March 2026 to 14.61 per cent in June 2026. This represents an increase of 3.38 percentage points during the quarter.

During the same period, the promoter holding remained unchanged at 49.73 per cent. Domestic Institutional Investors reduced their stake from 21.49 per cent in March 2026 to 19.96 per cent in June 2026, a decline of 1.53 percentage points. Public shareholding declined from 17.52 per cent to 15.68 per cent, while the government holding remained at 0 per cent. The number of shareholders increased from 1,22,338 in March 2026 to 1,38,939 in June 2026.
