Enviro Infra Subsidiary secures Rs 207 crore EPC order
Enviro Infra Engineers Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), has received an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract worth Rs 207.47 crore from CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Limited.
The company stated that the order is classified as a domestic contract and is scheduled to be completed by June 30, 2027.
Enviro Infra project includes wind and solar infrastructure
According to the company, the scope of work includes land aggregation and development along with Balance of Plant (BoP) works for a hybrid renewable energy project comprising both wind and solar components.
The project scope also includes civil and electrical works, supply of cranes for Wind Operated Electricity Generator (WOEG) installation and storage handling, inter-carting and installation services for WOEG systems, solar project-related infrastructure and evacuation facilities. The contract additionally covers testing and commissioning activities, project handover and other enabling works including land and right-of-way related activities.
Enviro Infra clarifies no related party involvement
Enviro Infra Engineers clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. The company further stated that the contract does not fall under related party transactions. The latest order expands the group’s renewable energy execution portfolio through its subsidiary platform beyond its core water and wastewater infrastructure business.
