Safecure Services Ltd plans to raise up to Rs 30.60 crore from public offer, IPO opens on October 29, 2025

Safecure Services Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) to raise up to Rs 30.60 crore. The public offer will open for subscription on October 29, 2025, and close on October 31, 2025. Sun Capital Advisory Services Pvt Ltd is the lead manager for the issue, and the shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 30 lakh equity shares, including a market maker portion of 1.50 lakh shares. The issue is priced at Rs 102 per share with a face value of Rs 10 each. The minimum application size for retail investors is 2,400 shares (2 lots of 1,200 shares each), translating into a minimum investment of Rs 2,44,800 at the offer price.

Proceeds from the IPO will be used to fund the company’s working capital requirements amounting to Rs 13 crore, repay and/or prepay certain borrowings of Rs 8.25 crore, and allocate Rs 4.5 crore for general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in 2012, Safecure Services Ltd is a security and facility management company headquartered in Mira Road, Thane. The company operates 12 offices across India, offering services such as manned guarding, e-surveillance, ATM and event management, housekeeping, business support, and corporate interior fit-outs. As of August 31, 2025, Safecure employed 1,849 personnel managing operations nationwide.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 7,310.15 lakh and a profit after Tax (PAT) of Rs 604.11 lakh, compared with Rs 6,283.47 lakh and Rs 577.67 lakh, respectively, in FY 2024. The net profit margin stood at 8.26 per cent for FY 2025, while the debt-equity ratio improved to 0.85 from 0.98 in FY 2024.
