Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Wednesday with the Sensex up 0.15 per cent at 82,515 and the Nifty-50 up 0.15 at 25,141. About 2,227 shares have advanced, 1,821 shares have declined and 132 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.12 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.06 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Oil India Ltd, Crisil Ltd and Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Wockhardt Ltd, Dhani Services Ltd and Exicom Tele-Systems Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices traded mixed with the BSE Energy Index and BSE Oil & Gas Index were the Top Gainers while the BSE Power Index and BSE Utilities Index were the Top Losers.

As of June 11, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 456 lakh crore or USD 5.33 trillion. On the same day, 122 stocks hit a 52-week high while 36 stocks touched a 52-week low.
