Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Wednesday with the Sensex up 0.66 per cent at 82,727 and the Nifty-50 up 0.63 per cent at 25,220. About 2,003 shares have advanced, 2,026 shares have declined and 169 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.24 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.05 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Ola Electric Mobility Ltd, Premier Energies Ltd, Gland Pharma Ltd and Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were InfoBeans Technologies Ltd, KIOCL Ltd, Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd and Datamatics Global Services Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Auto Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Realty Index and BSE FMCG Index were the Top Losers.

As of July 23, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 460 lakh crore or USD 5.33 trillion. On the same day, 149 stocks hit a 52-week high while 48 stocks touched a 52-week low.
