Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in red on Monday with the Sensex down 0.21 per cent at 82,327 and the Nifty-50 down 0.23 per cent at 25,227. About 1,664 shares have advanced, 2,627 shares have declined and 168 shares were unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.18 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.43 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were L&T Finance Ltd, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, Fortis Healthcare Ltd and Torrent Power Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Dreamfolks Services Ltd, Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd, Kernex Microsystems (India) Ltd and Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Financial Services Index and BSE Services Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE IT Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the Top Losers.

As of October 13, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 462 lakh crore or USD 5.21 trillion. On the same day, 157 stocks hit a 52-week high while 122 stocks touched a 52-week low.
