Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in green on Monday with the Sensex up 0.67 per cent at 84,779 and the Nifty-50 up 0.66 per cent at 25,966. About 2,178 shares have advanced, 2,114 shares have declined and 210 shares were unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,290.06 on October 23, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,104.20 on October 23, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.72 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.51 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Bharti Hexacom Ltd, Coforge Ltd, Bank of India and PB Fintech Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Hatsun Agro Product Ltd, Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd, PSP Projects Ltd and Spectrum Electrical Industries Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Energy Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Utilities Index and BSE Healthcare Index were the Top Losers.

As of October 27, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 472 lakh crore or USD 5.36 trillion. On the same day, 155 stocks hit a 52-week high while 68 stocks touched a 52-week low.
