Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen in These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in green on Tuesday with the Sensex down 0.05 per cent at 85,525 and the Nifty-50 up 0.02 per cent at 26,177. About 1,841 shares have advanced, 2,346 shares have declined and 192 shares were unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 86,056 on November 27, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,310 on November 27, 2025.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.37 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.14 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Bharat Dynamics Ltd, Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd, Ajanta Pharma Ltd and Gillette India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were VIP Industries Ltd, JBM Auto Ltd, Sasken Technologies Ltd and Websol Energy System Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Realty Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE IT Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the Top Losers.

As of December 24, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 475 lakh crore or USD 5.29 trillion. On the same day, 188 stocks hit a 52-week high while 125 stocks touched a 52-week low.
