Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen in These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

On the sectoral front, all the indices were traded in green with BSE Consumer Discretionary Index, BSE Industrials Index, BSE Utilities Index, BSE Capital Goods Index, BSE Power Index, BSE Oil & Gas Index and BSE Realty Index, which gained over 3 per cent each.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in green on Monday with the Sensex up 2.54 per cent at 83,739 and the Nifty-50 up 2.55 per cent at 25,728. About 3,298 shares have advanced, 991 shares have declined and 133 shares have been unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 86,056 on November 27, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,373.20 on January 05, 2026.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE 150 Mid-Cap Index up 2.79 per cent and the BSE 250 Small-Cap Index up 2.91 per cent. The top 100 mid-cap index gainers were K P R Mill Ltd, Balkrishna Industries Ltd, Waaree Energies Ltd and Godrej Properties Ltd. In contrast, the top 250 small-cap index gainers were Welspun Living Ltd, Apar Industries Ltd, Aarti Industries Ltd and L T Foods Ltd.

On the sectoral front, all the indices were traded in green with BSE Consumer Discretionary Index, BSE Industrials Index, BSE Utilities Index, BSE Capital Goods Index, BSE Power Index, BSE Oil & Gas Index and BSE Realty Index, which gained over 3 per cent each.

As of February 03, 2026, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 467 lakh crore or USD 5.19 trillion. On the same day, 121 stocks hit a 52-week high while 117 stocks touched a 52-week low.
