Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen in These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Monday with the Sensex up 0.58 per cent at 82,295 and the Nifty-50 green 0.55 per cent at 25,713. About 1,925 shares have advanced, 2,389 shares have declined and 183 shares have been unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 86,056 on November 27, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,373.20 on January 05, 2026.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE 150 Mid-Cap Index down 0.21 per cent and the BSE 250 Small-Cap Index up 0.51 per cent. The top 150 mid-cap index gainers were Jindal Stainless Ltd, Endurance Technologies Ltd, Indian Bank and Global Health Ltd. In contrast, the top 250 small-cap index gainers were Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd, Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd, Neuland Laboratories Ltd and OneSource Specialty Pharma Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE PSU Bank Index and BSE Hospitals Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE IT Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the Top Losers.

As of February 23, 2026, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 469 lakh crore or USD 5.17 trillion. On the same day, 124 stocks hit a 52-week high while 238 stocks touched a 52-week low.
