Launches India's First AI Multilingual FIR Recorder
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited announced the successful development and deployment of "AI-CopWriter", described by the Hyderabad City Police as India's first AI-powered multilingual complaint-recording application. The solution has been developed in collaboration with the IT Cell of Hyderabad City Police and was formally launched by Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Sri V. C. Sajjanar, IPS, at the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre (TGICCC) in Hyderabad.
Supports FIR Recording in 10 Indian Languages
The AI-powered platform enables citizens to narrate complaints in their mother tongue, automatically transcribing and translating them into a complete First Information Report (FIR) draft within seconds. The application supports 10 major Indian languages with automatic language detection.
Each generated FIR is exported as a tamper-evident PDF, automatically embedding the FIR number, complainant and accused details, recording officer's identity, police station information and relevant legal provisions, helping improve record integrity and transparency.

Designed to Improve Public Access to Justice
According to the company, AI-CopWriter has been developed to improve accessibility for migrants, tourists, women, senior citizens and individuals who may not speak the local language.
The application is expected to deliver several benefits, including faster FIR registration, higher investigation quality through accurate statement recording, equal access to justice regardless of language, and standardised digital record-keeping across police stations. Hyderabad City Police also intends to roll out the application across its network of police stations.
Management Commentary
Commenting on the launch, Sri Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Group, said: "The true measure of artificial intelligence is not what it automates, but who it empowers. A grandmother, a migrant worker, a visitor – each can now walk into a police station in Hyderabad and be understood, in their own words, in their own language. I thank the Hyderabad City Police for the vision and trust with which they built India's first AI multilingual FIR recorder with us. What has been proven in Hyderabad is a template for the nation – and for every public service where language still stands between a citizen and their rights. This is the AI-first India we are building: faster, fairer and more human."
