Zensar Technologies: UK-based FinTech Infinity Circle selects Zensar for end-to-end development of its next-gen wealth management platform.

Hero MotoCorp: Dr Pawan Munjal has been re-appointed as the Chairman & CEO of the company for a term of five years with effect from October 1, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.  

CG Power & Industrial Solutions: The meeting of the company’s board of directors will be held on May 11, 2021, to consider the issue of equity shares on a preferential allotment basis to Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited.   

NLC India: The company informed that it has raised Rs 650 crore by issuing 13,000 commercial papers of a face value of Rs 5,00,000 each.

Aurionpro Solutions: The company announced an exit from the cybersecurity business with the sale of its investment to Forcepoint LLC, USA. The deal is valued at a consideration of US$ 9.6 million (approx. Rs 71 crore), which is net off all taxes and obligations.
