1. Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL)

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) secured two major domestic infrastructure contracts, further strengthening its Order Book and execution pipeline.

The first contract, valued at around Rs 244.33 crore, was awarded by West Central Railway for the upgradation of the electric traction system from 1x25kV to 2x25kV. The project is aimed at supporting higher freight loading capacity and is scheduled to be executed over 18 months.

In a separate development, the company also received a larger contract worth Rs 758.07 crore from NMDC Ltd. The project involves the development of a railway siding near Padapur village, along with bridges, road diversion works, feasibility studies, detailed project reports, engineering and project management consultancy services for the capacity expansion of Bacheli. The project is expected to be completed within 36 months.

2. Aurobindo Pharma Ltd

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd incorporated a new wholly owned step-down subsidiary in France named Arrow Pharma Production SAS through its Netherlands-based arm, Agile Pharma BV.

The newly incorporated entity will focus on manufacturing generic formulations, in line with the company’s strategy to expand its manufacturing footprint in Europe. The subsidiary was incorporated on May 21, 2026, with an authorised capital of EUR 100,000, fully subscribed in cash through 100,000 shares of EUR 1 each.

3. Dilip Buildcon Ltd

Dilip Buildcon Ltd received an engineering, procurement and Construction (EPC) contract worth Rs 268 crore, excluding GST, from the Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpasar Department, Government of Gujarat.

The project includes the design and construction of the Ged Barrage, protection works and allied infrastructure across the Sabarmati River in Gujarat, along with operation and maintenance responsibilities for 10 years. The contract is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed within 24 months.
