Stocks To Watch On Monday

Three stocks could be in focus on Monday after fresh project wins and contract announcements, with Power Grid leading the list with a major Gujarat transmission project.

Key Takeaways

Indian benchmark indices ended largely flat on Friday, August 21, as cautious sentiment persisted amid elevated crude oil prices and pressure in global bond markets.

The Nifty 50 opened at 24,284.05 and moved in a narrow range during the session. The index touched an Intraday high of 24,284.05 and slipped to a low of 24,206.80 before recovering towards the close. Buying at lower levels provided some support, although the lack of a decisive move kept the market in consolidation mode.
