Pace Digitek Ltd Closes 1.62 per cent Lower

Shares of Pace Digitek Ltd closed at Rs 206.17, down 1.62 per cent. Its subsidiary Lineage Power completed one year of commercial BESS manufacturing, producing over 260 utility-scale BESS containers with more than 1.25 GWh of integrated capacity, strengthening the company's energy storage manufacturing capabilities.

SEPC Ltd Ends 2.99 per cent Lower

Shares of SEPC Ltd settled at Rs 6.48, down 2.99 per cent. The company approved the acquisition of up to a 90 per cent stake in UAE-based Avenir through a Rs 1,530 crore share swap, while also proposing to increase its authorised share capital to Rs 6,000 crore and borrowing limit to Rs 7,500 crore.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Falls 3.58 per cent

Shares of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd closed at Rs 258.90, down 3.58 per cent. The company received an additional Rs 64.99 crore order from MSEDCL for 3,000 off-grid Solar water pumping systems under the PM-KUSUM-B scheme, with execution scheduled within 60 days.
