Niraj Cement Structurals Ltd is expected to remain on investors' radar after the company announced that its joint venture has secured a work order worth Rs 256.89 crore, including GST.
The project involves raising, strengthening and constructing a flexible pavement spanning 31.985 km, along with the restoration of seven structures and Construction of 13 new structures under the Bihar Water Security and Irrigation Modernization Project (BWSIMP). The order has been awarded by the Water Resources Department, Birpur, Bihar, and is expected to strengthen the company's infrastructure project portfolio.
2. Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd
Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd is expected to be on investors' radar after the company completed the acquisition of GM & FE Ryan Pty Ltd, an Australia-based entity acting as trustee of the GMR Engineering Services Unit Trust.
Following the completion of the transaction, GM & FE Ryan has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Monarch after the transfer of 100 per cent of its issued share capital to the company. The acquisition was completed under the Binding Acquisition Agreement dated May 21, 2026. The company said the transaction has been registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), confirming the completion of all regulatory and legal formalities.
Gland Pharma Ltd and Neuland Laboratories Ltd have entered into a long-term strategic contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) partnership. Under the collaboration, Gland Pharma will establish a sterile manufacturing suite for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) used in microparticle depot products.
The partnership combines Neuland Laboratories' expertise in complex API development, process development and custom manufacturing with Gland Pharma's sterile manufacturing capabilities and regulatory compliance experience. The companies said the collaboration aims to address the growing global demand for sterile APIs used in microparticle depot products and other complex sterile APIs.
