The benchmark equity indices recovered from their early lows on Tuesday, August 25, as investors stepped in to buy beaten-down stocks during the final hour of trade. The Nifty 50 remained range-bound for most of the session before witnessing strong buying towards the close.
The Nifty 50 opened at 24,175.75 and initially came under pressure, falling to an Intraday low of 24,115.45. However, buying at lower levels gathered momentum later in the session, taking the index to an intraday high of 24,334.55. The Nifty 50 closed at 24,334.55, up 115.50 points, or 0.48 per cent.
Against this backdrop, here are three stocks that could remain in focus during Wednesday's trading session, August 26, following key business developments.
1. Vivid Electromech Ltd
Vivid Electromech Ltd has received a Letter of Intent and purchase orders worth approximately Rs 52.81 crore, excluding Taxes. The orders include a Letter of Award from Cosmic PV Power Ltd for the supply of LT and HT panels for its upcoming Solar cell manufacturing plant. The stipulated supply period is between four and nine months from the date of issuance of the Letter of Award.
The company has also received an order confirmation from Bondada Engineering Ltd for the supply of 33kV outdoor metal-clad switchgear panels, including 2In/1Out and 3In/1Out configurations, along with 33kV outdoor metal-clad switchgear ICOG panels for a solar park. The order is to be executed within four months.
In addition, Vivid Electromech Ltd received a purchase order from DRN Infrastructure Private Ltd for the supply of 183 panels comprising LT, HT, VFD, AHF, APFC, NGGR and LPBS panels for a wastewater management system. The panels are to be supplied within 10 to 12 weeks from the manufacturing clearance of all 183 panels.
2. NITCO Ltd
NITCO Ltd is also likely to remain in focus after the House of Abhinandan Lodha Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd (HoABL), through its wholly owned subsidiary HoABL Impactum Land Pvt Ltd, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with NITCO Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary NITCO Realties Pvt Ltd, and promoter Vivek Talwar.
The proposed joint development involves land parcels at Thal and Lonare in Alibaug, Raigad. According to the company, the proposed development is expected to generate revenue of Rs 3,000 crore for HoABL and Rs 1,500 crore for NITCO over five years.
Under the proposed joint venture, HoABL plans to develop a premium multi-development project comprising luxury apartments and townhouses across more than 40 acres of land in Alibaug. The project will mark HoABL's second development in Alibaug, following Sol de Alibaug.
3. Rajputana Biodiesel Ltd
Rajputana Biodiesel Ltd has completed the acquisition of Arvant Bioenergy Private Ltd, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The development follows the company's August 22, 2026 announcement regarding the Board of Directors' approval for the acquisition of Arvant Bioenergy Private Ltd, formerly known as Arvanta Bioenergy Private Ltd.
Rajputana Biodiesel Ltd has now confirmed that the equity shares of Arvant Bioenergy Private Ltd were transferred from the existing shareholders to the company and/or its nominee on August 25, 2026. Following the completion of the share transfer, Arvant Bioenergy Private Ltd has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Rajputana Biodiesel Ltd with effect from August 25, 2026.
