Three companies announced fresh business developments after Tuesday’s market sell-off, putting Ritco Logistics, Innovision and Enviro Infra Engineers on investors’ radar for Wednesday.

Key Takeaways

Indian benchmark equity indices, the Sensex and Nifty 50, ended lower on Tuesday, extending losses after hitting six-week lows in the previous session. Against this backdrop, let us look at the stocks that could remain in focus during Wednesday’s trading session.

1. Ritco Logistics Ltd

Ritco Logistics Ltd could remain in focus after its step-down subsidiary, TrucksUp Solutions Private Limited, successfully closed its latest growth financing round worth ₹78.26 crore.

The company has also secured new business worth ₹388 crore in August 2026, with the contracts being led by orders from Hindustan Petroleum Rajasthan Refinery Ltd (HRRL) and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL).

The latest business wins add to the company's recent activity in the logistics segment and could draw investor attention when trading resumes on Wednesday.

The fresh funding at TrucksUp Solutions also comes as the subsidiary looks to support its growth plans.

2. Innovision Ltd

Innovision Ltd is another stock that could be in focus after the company received a Letter of Award (LoA) and work order for user fee collection services at Pachwara Fee Plaza on NH-39 in Madhya Pradesh.

The award was granted through competitive bidding via an e-tender process.

Under the contract, Innovision will undertake user fee collection at Pachwara Fee Plaza for the four-laning project on the Jhansi-Khajuraho section of NH-39. The scope also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, along with replenishment of consumable items. The order was awarded on September 7, 2026, under the tender issued by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

3. Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd

Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd could also attract attention after its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Ltd, received a contract for an 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project in Parli, Maharashtra.

The contract, dated September 7, 2026, covers the execution of EPC turnkey works for the development of the wind power project. The order is valued at ₹189.99 crore, excluding GST.
