Highway Infrastructure Ltd received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).
The LOA is for the collection of user fees and operation of toll plazas along the Gorakhpur Link Expressway. The contract also includes the deployment of four patrol-cum-safety vehicles along with the required personnel.
The contract value for the first year is Rs 105.08 crore. After the first year, the amount will increase by 10 per cent annually. The total contract value for the two-year period stands at Rs 220.66 crore.
The LOA was issued by UPEIDA on September 16, 2026. The Gorakhpur Link Expressway is a 91.35-km, access-controlled expressway in Uttar Pradesh.

Digilogic Systems Ltd received an order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
The order is worth Rs 2.40 crore, including all applicable Taxes. It covers the design, development and supply of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for real-time testing of onboard electronic subsystems.
The order adds to the company's recent business from the defence sector. Digilogic Systems has received multiple orders from defence-related entities in recent months.
Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd provided an update on operations at its Bamonpookrie Tea Estate.
The company said that the manufacturing of green tea leaves at the estate's factory commenced on September 14, 2026.
However, repair work on a few machines is still pending. The company said the delay is due to vendors awaiting spare parts from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) based in China.
Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd operates tea estates including Bamonpookrie, Mackeypore and Lakmijan in Assam. Its Bamonpookrie and Mackeypore facilities have tea-processing capacity, according to company information.
