Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs 648 crore since its previous disclosure on August 26, 2026.
The orders include a range of Defence and electronic systems. These include laser-based IR jammers, communication equipment, cyber security solutions, thermal imagers, transducers, AI-based software solutions, TR modules, upgrades, spares and services, among others.

3. QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd
QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd has acquired an additional 24 per cent stake in Saarathi Healthcare Private Ltd, a subsidiary of the company. Following the acquisition, QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd now holds 100 per cent of the equity share capital of Saarathi Healthcare Private Ltd.
With the latest acquisition, Saarathi Healthcare Private Ltd has become a wholly owned subsidiary of QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd. The development strengthens QMS Medical Allied Services’ ownership of its healthcare subsidiary and could draw investor attention in the upcoming session.
