Renaissance Global Reduces Debt by Rs 123 Crore in Q4 FY26

Renaissance Global Limited reported a reduction of approximately Rs 123 crore in its gross debt during the fourth quarter of FY26, representing a 20 per cent decline compared to its gross debt levels at the end of Q3 FY26, as per its regulatory filing.

At constant exchange rates, the debt reduction translates to a 24 per cent decline, reflecting the operational impact of the deleveraging exercise. The company stated that the move is part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its balance sheet and improve overall financial efficiency.

Management highlighted that the reduction was driven by prudent financial management, efficient working capital utilisation, and disciplined capital allocation. The company added that the deleveraging is expected to lower interest costs and enhance financial flexibility going forward.
