Vellora Impact reported revenue from operations of Rs 141.92 crore in Q1 FY27, registering an impressive 12,044.50 per cent YoY growth from Rs 1.17 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total income also increased to Rs 141.92 crore from Rs 1.17 crore in Q1 FY26.
The company reported a profit before Tax (PBT) of Rs 7.90 crore, compared with a loss of Rs 2.11 crore in the year-ago quarter. Net profit stood at Rs 7.90 crore, against a net loss of Rs 2.11 crore in Q1 FY26, marking a significant turnaround in profitability. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) came in at Rs 14.19, compared with a loss per share of Rs 3.79 in the corresponding quarter last year.
On a sequential basis, revenue from operations jumped from Rs 1.18 crore in Q4 FY26 to Rs 141.92 crore in Q1 FY27, while net profit increased from Rs 0.21 crore to Rs 7.90 crore.

According to the segment reporting, the agriculture segment contributed the entire revenue of Rs 141.92 crore during Q1 FY27, replacing the company's earlier chemical business.
