Astra Microwave Products Ltd has received an order worth Rs 2,205.23 crore, including applicable Taxes and GST, from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence. The order involves the procurement of 122 Active Antenna Array Units (AAAU) and 121 Interface Frames for the Uttam Radar system. The contract is a domestic order and is expected to be executed within five years. The company stated that the order does not involve any interest of promoters or promoter group entities and does not fall under related party transactions.

AWL Agri Business Ltd, formerly known as Adani Wilmar Ltd, reported strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with consolidated revenue rising 18 per cent year-on-year to Rs 20,048 crore, supported by 7 per cent underlying volume growth. The company’s operating EBITDA increased 34 per cent YoY to Rs 693 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 48 per cent YoY to Rs 351 crore, driven by strong execution across businesses, disciplined cost management and improved product mix. The Food & FMCG segment recorded revenue growth of 22 per cent YoY, crossing Rs 1,700 crore, with segment EBITDA surpassing Rs 100 crore. Alternate channels, including e-commerce, quick commerce and modern trade, grew 27 per cent YoY, while the Quick Commerce business expanded 56 per cent YoY. The company also reported 30 per cent growth in its HoReCa business and a doubling of branded export volumes during the quarter.
Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd gained 5.03 per cent to trade at Rs 707.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
