Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 65 points or 0.08 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.11 per cent, power zoomed by 0.04 per cent, and auto slipped by 0.14 per cent.

Meanwhile, HCG Ltd, Welspun Enterprises Ltd and Tata Investment Corporation Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

 

HCG Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 8.91 per cent to trade at Rs 701.90 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Welspun Enterprises Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 3.94 per cent to trade at Rs 552.60 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Tata Investment Corporation Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 3.85 per cent to trade at Rs 10,400.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
