Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 126 points or 0.15 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.17 per cent, power slipped by 0.08 per cent, and auto surged by 0.49 per cent.

Meanwhile, Neogen Chemicals Ltd, Vijaya Diagnostics Ltd and Westlife Development Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

 

Neogen Chemicals Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 6.63 per cent to trade at Rs 1,589.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Vijaya Diagnostics Ltd, an S&P BSE company, advanced 5.12 per cent to trade at Rs 1,040.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Westlife Development Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 4.56 per cent to trade at Rs 698.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
