Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 77 points or 0.09 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.47 per cent, power zoomed by 0.17 per cent, and auto surged by 0.32 per cent.

Meanwhile, Tata Investment Corporation Ltd, KEC International Ltd and Anand Rathi Financial Services Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

Tata Investment Corporation Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.97 per cent to trade at Rs 1,041.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

KEC International Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 4.16 per cent to trade at Rs 893.95 apiece. KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company, has secured new orders of Rs 1,174 crores for Transmission & Distribution projects in India and the Middle East.

Anand Rathi Financial Services Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 3.66 per cent to trade at Rs 3,040.00 apiece. The company has announced its Q2 FY26 results and declared the first Interim dividend of R. 6.00 per Equity Share for the financial year 2025-26.

IPO today

The mainline segment will see the listing of LG Electronics India shares. The basis of allotment of Canara Robeco Asset Management Co IPO and Rubicon Research IPO shares are set to get finalised today. Canara HSBC Life Insurance Co IPO is set to close for subscription today.

In the SME space, Sihora Industries IPO and SK Minerals & Additives IPO enter the final day of subscription today. Shares of Mittal Sections are set to make their D-Street debut today.
