CleanMax Commissions Record 530 MW in Q1 FY27
CleanMax announced that it successfully commissioned around 530 MW of renewable energy capacity during Q1 FY27, marking the highest quarterly commissioning in the company's history. The milestone increased its operational renewable energy portfolio from approximately 3.6 GW as of March 2026 to around 4.2 GW, reinforcing its leadership in India's commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy segment.
The newly commissioned capacity includes 403 MW under the Renewable Energy Power Sales business, comprising around 350 MW of solar capacity and 53 MW of wind capacity, along with 126 MW of solar capacity under the Renewable Energy Services business. The projects were commissioned across 11 project sites in Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Haryana and Chhattisgarh.
Strengthens Leadership in C&I Renewable Energy
Following the record commissioning, CleanMax's operational portfolio now comprises approximately 3.5 GW under its Renewable Energy Power Sales business and 0.7 GW under its Renewable Energy Services business, providing tailored clean energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers across Asia. The company stated that the achievement reflects the growing adoption of renewable energy by corporate customers and its ability to execute projects at scale.
The company also highlighted recent customer additions, including Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT and GACL, reflecting increasing demand for clean energy solutions from technology, data centre and industrial companies.
