Bombay High Court Dismisses Appeal in Bhayandar Land Matter

Valor Estate informed the stock exchanges that the Bombay High Court has dismissed the First Appeal filed by the Salt Department in relation to the title dispute concerning approximately 205 acres of land at Village Bhayandar, Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, District Thane, held through its wholly owned subsidiary Miraland Developers Pvt Ltd.
The matter was under litigation for several years. Earlier, the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Thane had dismissed the Salt Department’s Special Civil Suit in April 2018. With the Bombay High Court now upholding the earlier judgment, the title dispute stands decided in favour of Miraland Developers, bringing closure to a litigation that had continued for more than four decades.

FII Stake Sees Marginal Increase in March 2026 Quarter

As per the latest March 2026 quarter shareholding pattern, Foreign Institutional Investors increased their stake in the company to 5.07 per cent as against 4.98 per cent in the December 2025 quarter, indicating selective institutional accumulation.
Promoter holding stood at 47.17 per cent, while public shareholding remained at 47.45 per cent. The rise in FII ownership along with the legal clarity over a major land parcel remained among the key reasons behind Monday’s sharp rally in the stock.
